Outdoor Photography - March 2009

Outdoor photography is often a solitary pursuit and, let’s be honest, sometimes that’s just the way we like it. An hour or two taking pictures alone can be likened to meditation: we are often calm and focused, allowing events to unfold naturally. We observe outside forces – the sun, wind, and rain – without trying to change them. As a result, our images are carefully considered interpretations of the natural world. However, outdoor photography can also be a lonely pursuit.
