The popularity of the Mini meant that it was built in many countries around the world such as England, Ireland, Belgium, Portugal, Venezuela, Australia and South Africa, among others. In this issue we celebrate Mini's global success by including a feature on a Mini 1275 C which was built on the AUTHI production line in Spain. It has a rather plush interior spec when compared to its English cousins. We also bring you an article on the A-series engines fitted to Australian and South African Minis which were rather different to those available across the rest of the world.
