This is why I am so into our “Declutter Your Diet” story on page 34, dreamed up by Prevention’s savvy senior nutrition editor, Kelsey Kloss. Kelsey pulled together such a smart, sane collection of eating tips that I am positive you will find inspiring—and guilt-free—advice that works for your life. There are tips on how to fill your plate, organize your kitchen, and even manage how you react to friends and family who unwittingly (or not!) sabotage your healthy intentions. It all boils down to setting yourself up for success, which is what I’m trying to do.
